Building, no matter what size, involves many moving parts —
design, function, aesthetics, budget, council requirements, detailing, construction just to name a few.

A well-run project often looks simple from the outside.
Behind the scenes, it involves careful coordination and decision-making, to mitigate risk and optimise the result.

My role is to manage that complexity on your behalf.

First Meeting

A relaxed, no charge & no-obligation chat to:

• Explore your ideas and goals

• Understand possibilities for your project

Pre-Design & Interview

The backbone of the project to unders. In 5–8 hours, I work to:

• Clarify and refine your needs with an in-depth Q&A session

• Create a roadmap outlining milestones, consultants, and approvals

• Set fixed fees for early design work; later design phases use a time or percentage range, finalised once preliminary design is complete.

Full Architectural Design Service

A fully guided process from first ideas to completion, including:

• Phase 1 - Exploration and Design

• Phase 2 - Detail and Consent

• Phase 3 - Construction Phase

Fees typically range between 10–15% of the expected build cost. This gives a rough guide for budgeting, but your fee is tailored to your project.

Single room projects, like a bathroom refurb, don’t always fit neatly into a percentage. Fees are calculated according to the work required, ensuring clarity, care and good value.
